What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at support@shisle.com. In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf. When submitting a report, it can take 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. We are unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.

For international orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim.
