What's our return/exchange policy?

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange.

Starting online returns is easy

If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, start your return or exchange online: Visit our Return/Exchange Portal
  • Print a shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label.
  • You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. 
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed.
  • If your order has already shipped, expedited shipping costs are NOT included in refund totals. If you cancel your order before it has shipped, expedited shipping charges will be included in your refund. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. We allow exchanges for selectable variants. Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered or defective. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, and receipts. Please note that any rips, tears, or previous shipping labels on the packages makes the box unsafe for shipping due to insurance purposes.

*Bundled items must be returned together. The retail value will be deducted from your total refund if an item is missing from the bundle.

Damage, loss, wrong item or theft issue

  • If the product is faulty, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • If the product is lost or stolen, keep evidence and contact us immediately.

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or any reduced priced items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • After processing, you will receive a refund notice. The refund may take 1-3 business days to reach your original payment method.
  • If you are a VIP customer, the refund is issued immediately after the request is reviewed and approved.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@shisle.com.

Return/exchange shipping costs

Shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid entirely by the customer.
